Description:
Tunnelblick is a simple graphical user interface for the great VPN software OpenVPN 2.0 and higher. It is written in Cocoa and comes in a ready to use distribution with all necessary binaries and drivers.
Versions of OpenVPN older than 2.0 are not supported, because they lack the
management interface used by Tunnelblick. Please send feedback and suggestions
to
info@tunnelblick.net.
Icon Contest
As you will probably have noticed, the Tunnelblick icon is not very pretty.
Soon, we will release version 3.0 which will bring many of the most wanted
features. Wouldn't it be great if we could release the new version with a
new, pretty, shiny and elegant icon? Unfortunately we are merely programmers
and not graphic designers and would need a little help here.
Therefore we start an icon contest. If you are good in graphics or perhaps
even a professional designer, please participate.
The new icon could for example be just a better implementation of that tunnel
entrance. We like that tunnel idea.
Since this is an open source project, we will not be able to offer payment for
the logo. The winner will be rewarded by honor and thankfulness in the
Tunnelblick community.
We are awaiting your submissions!

Disk Images with a complete ready to use distribution are available as well. It includes the openvpn binaries from
the openvpn project, the tun/tap driver/kernel extension for Mac OS X, and the GUI application.
An alpha version of the new Tunnelblick 3.0 is available for testers.
We have received many helpful suggestions and feature requests for the new
version. We are still adding features. So it pays to visit often and try the
latest alpha version.
Tunneblick 3.0 has the following new features:
- Multiple simultaneous VPN-Connections
- Logging in a nice, tabbed window which you'll find under 'Details...'
- Fixed a bug where passphrases containing spaces didn't work
- Connections are being established up to 3 seconds faster
- Tunnelblick reacts to changes in the openvpn directory in real time. No
restart necessary anymore if adding or deleting .conf files.
It can be downloaded from
http://tunnelblick.net/alpha/.
If you find any bugs or have a suggestion that might improve the software,
please contact us at
